DESIGN &
PROTOTYPING

Each piece of BERGUE jewelry begins with a burst of creativity in our Lisbon atelier.
Our skilled designers meticulously sketch and develop prototypes, ensuring every design
embodies our unique blend of elegance and sustainability. This phase is dedicated to
innovation and precision, as we transform our ideas into tangible, beautiful forms
with exceptional care.

Each piece of BERGUE jewelry begins with a burst of creativity
in our Lisbon atelier. Our skilled designers meticulously sketch
and develop prototypes, ensuring every design embodies our unique blend of elegance and sustainability. This phase is dedicated to innovation and precision, as we transform our
ideas into tangible, beautiful forms with exceptional care.

MOLDING IN PORTO &
FINISHING IN LISBON

Once a prototype meets our stringent standards, it travels to our family-run factory in Porto.
There, expert artisans craft detailed molds that precisely replicate the original design.
This process allows us to produce limited editions of each piece while preserving the intricate
details and high quality of the original.

Once the molds are complete, the unfinished pieces return to our Lisbon workshop for the final stages
of production. This is where raw artistry is refined into wearable perfection. Each piece is meticulously cleaned,
polished, and assembled by hand, with an emphasis on achieving a flawless finish. For designs that require
plating, we utilize premium 18ct yellow gold plating sourced from Germany, applied to a meticulous 3-micron
thickness. This ensures not only a radiant finish but also durability that stands the test of time.
