It takes around 1-3 business days to prepare your order.
Orders will be sent via “CTT Correios de Portugal” for Standard Shipping and with FedEx, UPS or DHL for Express Shipping, providing for the following deadlines after dispatch:

Within 30 days you can exchange for another piece of equal or greater value.

For exchanges from the USA, please note that due to new customs regulations, extra fees may apply and shipping can only be done via Express (Standard shipping is not possible).

We do not accept returns for a refund, except in the case of exercising the legal right of Free Resolution for online purchases (see below).
In-store purchases can only be exchanged within 30 days for another piece of equal or greater value.

For online purchases, customers have the legal right to cancel the order within 14 days after delivery, without the need to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email (team@berguejewelry.com) within this period with your order details.
Please note that this right does not apply to custom, personalized pieces or shipping cost.
