Gold and Silver can always be repaired, so bring it to our atelier. Our jewelers will fix it, or turn it into something new.

Soldered back together, as strong as before.
Ring sizes
Made bigger or smaller, so it fits the finger it's for.
Clasps and locks
Repaired or replaced, so nothing gets lost.
Broken earrings
Posts, hooks and backs, fixed or replaced.
Lost or loose stones
Set again, tightened, or replaced with a new stone.

Scratches softened and the shine brought back.

An old or broken piece, melted and made into something new.

Bring it in or send us a photo. If it can be fixed, we'll fix it.
Bring your piece to our shop in Chiado or LX Factory, or send us a photo for a first quote. Our jewelers look at it, tell you what can be done, and give you a price before any work starts.
Fixes can be done in a couple minutes or take up to 5 weeks, on the longer side when a stone needs to be found or a piece transformed. We let you know when it's ready to pick up, or we ship it back to you.
